Internship Opportunities in the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence

From the NATO CCD COE:

The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence is offering two intern positions for the first quarter of 2014, one in the area of digital forensics and another in malware and exploitation essentials. Internship duration varies from one to three months and it is open only to nationals of NATO member states who are enrolled in a graduate school degree program.

The internship provides the selected persons with an opportunity to experience working in an international environment and enhance their educational experience through practical work assignments. On the other side interns provide the Centre with better access to the latest theoretical and technical knowledge.

Target audience for the digital forensics profile is forensics analysts, forensic science students or students in related fields specialising in IT security. Target audience for malware and exploitation essentials profile is malware analysts, re-engineers or master students in related fields specialising in IT security or similar. For both profiles there is an opportunity to develop a semester thesis/master from the project and such a goal would be supported by the Centre.

For more information about the profiles, the general terms of the internship and how to apply, please visit http://ccdcoe.org/442.html. Please feel free to distribute this information further to potential candidates.
