NATO Conference on Cyber Conflict materials now available.

The NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Estonia has now posted online many materials from its 2015 Conference on Cyber Conflict.  This year’s topic, “Architectures in Cyberspace,” asked what cyberspace is and will be in the coming years as well as how cyber security will develop.  Included are 17 documents of proceedings, and approximately 50 full-length videos of presentations by speakers.  It is an extraordinary collection of materials for scholars.  Included, just to cite a few, are:

  • Dr. Greg Austin of the East West Institute on Chinese Views on Norms of Behavior in Cyberspace.
  • Mr. Jan Neutze of Microsoft on Private Sector’s Role in Shaping Norms of Behavior.
  • A Keynote speech by Admiral Michael Rogers, Commander, U.S. Cyber Command and Director, National Security Agency.
  • Professor Michael Schmitt of the U.S. Naval War College on Tallinn Manual 2.0 Approach to State REsponsibility.
  • Mr. Philippe Roggeband of CISCO on Security the Internet of Everything.
  • Dr. Paul Vixie on Public Policy Aspects of the Internet’s Race to the Bottom.
  • An entire panel on international crimefighting in cyberspace.
    A panel entitled Cyber War in Perspective.
