Interesting little tidbit from Aliya Sternstein over at Nextgov. Apparently the Obama administration is interested in building a “virtual community that would prompt computers worldwide to instantly, en mass, suppress cyberattacks, sometimes without humans at the keyboard.” The concept is only at research solicitation stage, with DHS and NIST (the same people behind NSTIC) heading up the effort.
