WCIT leak shows Russia, China, others seek to define Internet as ‘government-controlled’: ZDNet

ZDNet’s Violet Blue reports that a newly leaked proposal shows that a bloc of states–including China, Russia, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Algeria–“aim to redefine the Internet as a system of government-controlled, state supervised networks.”  Leaked via WCITLeaks, check out the article for more.
